Creative Theming with Sommer Sobin

If you are a yoga instructor or if you are on the path to becoming a teacher, you don’t want to miss this opportunity to learn from one of the triangle’s most experienced and inspirational teachers. In this three hour class, you will have an opportunity to learn more about Sommer’s process and discuss ways to personalize and incorporate a wide variety of themes into your teaching, all following 90 minutes of inspired movement. Cost for class will be $75.

6 week yoga, movement, and meditation series with Crystal.

Classes held each Wednesday, February 26th thru April 1

7:15 - 8:30 am 6:00 - 7:15 pm.

Classes will consist of opening breathing exercises followed by an hour of all-levels movement and a short, guided meditation.
